1. Booking can be made through our website or by contacting our reservations team via email or phone.

2. A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to secure your reservation.

3. The balance payment must be made at least 7 days before your arrival date.

4. In case of cancellation, the following policy applies:

- Cancellation made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date: Full refund of the deposit

- Cancellation made between 15-30 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of the deposit will be refunded

- Cancellation made less than 15 days prior to the arrival date: No refund will be provided

5. Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

6. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

7. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the resort.
